Are all items in stock?
Yes - We aim to stock all items, so we can get the order to you as soon as possible.

How quickly can I get my fasteners?
We ship orders before 2pm the same day, every order is shipped 1st Class. 
All orders are completely free.

Will they fit through my letter box if I am not in?

Yes - The fastener boxes are 11.5cm x 10.5cm x 2cm. They can be delivered if you are not home.
 

What material are the fasteners?
The Fasteners are Zinc plated Steel unless stated otherwise on the product listing.

I can't find the bolts I need on your website, what shall I do?
As well as an online bolt suppler we also supply nuts and bolts offline so we can usually accommodate for any fastener requirements. please contact us via the chat button and we will send you a quote within a few hours.
 

I ordered the wrong size how do I swap them?
Simply contact us via email or the chat button and we will arrange for them to be swapped.
 

How do I return my order?
Simply return your order to us and we will send you a full refund as soon as we receive the product.
